At SenddMail, your privacy is our priority. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

1. Introduction

SenddMail (“we”, “our”, “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle your personal information when you use our email sending software (SenddMail), website (senddmail.com), and related services.

By using SenddMail, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our software or website.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Personal Information You Provide
  • Name, email address, billing information (when purchasing a license)
  • SMTP/IMAP credentials (server host, port, username, password) – stored locally on your device only
  • Email sender accounts and their configuration settings
  • Email lists and contact data (email addresses, names, custom fields)
  • Support inquiries and feedback you submit
2.2 Automatically Collected Information
  • Usage data (features used, campaign logs, warmup activity) – anonymized
  • Device information (OS, browser, IP address) for security and analytics
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 6)

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, operate, and maintain our software (send emails, warmup, validate addresses, Google Sheets sync)
  • To process payments and deliver licenses
  • To respond to your support requests and feedback
  • To improve our software – aggregated and anonymized usage statistics
  • To send occasional updates about new features, security notices, or offers (you may opt out)
  • To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or illegal activity

 Important: Your SMTP credentials and email lists are stored locally on your computer. We do NOT store your passwords, email content, or recipient lists on our servers – unless you explicitly use cloud features (e.g., Google Sheets integration, which uses OAuth).

4. Data Storage & Security

 Local Storage: All sensitive data (SMTP passwords, email lists, sender configurations) is stored locally on your device using encrypted local database. We do not have access to this data.

 Cloud Data: If you use Google Sheets integration, we use OAuth 2.0 to access your Google Drive – we never store your Google password. You can revoke access anytime via Google Account settings.

 Security Measures: We employ industry-standard encryption (TLS) for data transmission. Your local database is encrypted with a key derived from your system.

 Servers: Our website and licensing servers are hosted with reputable providers. We retain minimal personal data (name, email, purchase date) to validate licenses.

5. Third-Party Services

SenddMail integrates with the following third-party services. Each service has its own privacy policy:

  • SMTP/IMAP providers (Gmail, Outlook, Hostinger, etc.) – your emails are sent through their servers; their privacy policies apply.
  • Google Sheets API – used only when you connect your Google account. We follow Google’s API Services User Data Policy.
  • Payment processors (PayPal, JazzCash, EasyPaisa) – we do not store your payment details.
  • YouTube – for embedded demo videos – see YouTube’s privacy policy.

6. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Remember your login session (if any)
  • Analyze website traffic using anonymous analytics
  • Prevent fraud and improve security

You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features may not work properly.

 We do NOT use cookies for advertising or tracking across other websites.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

  • Access: Request a copy of your personal data we hold.
  • Correction: Update inaccurate information.
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data.

8. Email Lists & Recipient Data

When you import email lists into SenddMail, the data (email addresses, names, other fields) remains entirely on your local device. We never collect or store your recipient data. It is used solely to send emails via the SMTP servers you configure.

 Your responsibility: You must ensure that you have the legal right to email your recipients (e.g., consent, legitimate interest). SenddMail is a tool; we do not provide email lists or verify consent.

9. Children’s Privacy

SenddMail is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with data, please contact us to delete it.

10. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We take steps to ensure adequate protection, including standard contractual clauses where required (e.g., for EU users).

11. Data Retention

  • License information (name, email) retained as long as your license is active, plus reasonable period for legal/accounting purposes.
  • Support inquiries retained for up to 3 years to improve service.
  • You can delete all local data by uninstalling the software and removing its configuration folders.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of SenddMail after changes constitutes acceptance.
